Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bd55", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bd55 platform operating at https://bd55.io and all associated services, systems, and personnel.
• "Platform" means the bd55 website, mobile browser interface, all betting markets, casino games, payment features, and account management tools accessible at bd55.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bd55 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal bd55 account created by a Player following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Real-Money Services" means any feature of the bd55 platform that involves the deposit, wagering, or withdrawal of funds denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account under a bd55 promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of bd55 is prohibited by applicable law, as updated by bd55 from time to time.

Eligibility

Access to Real-Money Services on bd55 is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during the Player's use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd55 operates a strict 21+ policy across all real-money betting, casino, and payment services. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any Real-Money Service on bd55.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering and using the account solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to the bd55 platform at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of Real-Money Services.

bd55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bd55 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold one (1) account on bd55. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bd55 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts; any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.

When registering an account on bd55, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information for all mandatory fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Complete any identity verification process required by bd55, which may include submission of a valid National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of address documentation.
• Not register using a false identity, an identity belonging to another person, or any fictitious or AI-generated identity.

bd55 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon detecting unusual account activity. Accounts where identity verification cannot be completed to bd55's satisfaction may be suspended or permanently closed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bd55 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued during login or transaction authentication. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

bd55 will never contact you by any channel to request your password, bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, Rocket PIN, or any other authentication credential. Any communication purporting to be from bd55 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bd55 support immediately at [email protected].

You must notify bd55 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bd55 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from your voluntary disclosure of credentials to third parties.

Deposits

bd55 accepts deposits from registered Players via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within your account at the time of deposit.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. bd55 reserves the right to refuse deposits and return funds to their source where third-party ownership is detected or suspected.

bd55 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, for which bd55 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to your bd55 account balance within five (5) minutes of successful payment confirmation. In cases of network delays or mobile banking system outages, processing may take longer. Contact bd55 support if a deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes.

Withdrawals

Registered Players may request withdrawals of cleared funds (excluding any Bonus Funds subject to active Wagering Requirements) to a payment method registered in their own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to a payment method different from the one used for deposit may be subject to additional identity verification.

bd55 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during standard operating conditions. Processing times for Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard withdrawals may be longer and are subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider. bd55 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment systems.

bd55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal request may be placed on hold. Players will be notified and may be asked to supply additional documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where the Player's account is under investigation for potential breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed where bd55 determines that the funds concerned were generated through the exploitation of a technical error, bonus abuse, or any form of fraudulent activity. In such cases, bd55 reserves the right to recover the relevant amounts from the Player's account balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

bd55 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the relevant offer. Any unused Bonus Funds remaining at expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: bd55 reserves the right to withdraw Bonus Funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently close accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to fulfil Wagering Requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
• Cash Balance Priority: Where a Player holds both a cash balance and a bonus balance, cash funds will be used first for wagering unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

bd55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring offers already accepted and in progress under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on bd55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market type, as published in the bd55 sportsbook at the time of bet placement. The following general rules apply to all bets:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted until bd55's system has confirmed it and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets pending confirmation at the time of event commencement may be voided at bd55's discretion.
• Maximum Stakes: bd55 reserves the right to apply maximum stake limits to individual bets, markets, Players, or events at any time without prior notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where the event to which it relates is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise fails to be completed in accordance with the applicable rules; where bd55 determines that the bet was placed on an incorrectly priced market due to a manifest error; or where the bet is determined to have been placed in breach of these Terms.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted at the sole discretion of bd55. bd55 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including where live data feeds are delayed, interrupted, or unreliable.
• Bet Settlement: Bets will be settled based on the official result published by the relevant sport's governing body or, in its absence, the result confirmed by bd55's official data providers. Subsequent changes to official results (e.g., overturned decisions) will only affect settled bets if bd55's data providers confirm the revised result within 72 hours of initial settlement.

Casino Games

All casino games available on bd55 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or operate under the control of live dealer studios regulated by established gaming authorities. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, bd55's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will be resumed or resolved in accordance with the applicable game rules. bd55 accepts no liability for losses arising from network interruptions on the Player's side.

In the event of a manifest error in a game — including but not limited to software malfunctions, incorrect display of game results, or erroneous payouts — bd55 reserves the right to void the relevant game round and restore the account balance to its pre-round state. Winnings arising from a manifest error are not valid and will not be paid.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bd55 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or under a false or third-party identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or generate unearned winnings.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes.
• Using bd55 for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or illegal purpose under applicable law.
• Placing bets or accessing casino games from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geo-restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward bd55 employees, support agents, or other users of the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with bd55's software, systems, or security infrastructure.

bd55 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Responsible Gaming

bd55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. The platform provides the following tools to all registered Players, accessible at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase applies.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set time-based alerts to notify them when a session has exceeded a specified duration.

bd55 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed, all deposits will be returned to the originating payment method, and all winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

Account Suspension & Closure

bd55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as set out in Section 10.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable notice requirements.
• A Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• Court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed by bd55 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, bd55 reserves the right to forfeit the balance and pursue recovery of any amounts owed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd55's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Real-Money Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bd55 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

bd55 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. bd55 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform outages, scheduled maintenance, or third-party infrastructure failures outside bd55's reasonable control.

Privacy & Data Protection

bd55 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in connection with account registration, identity verification, and payment processing. The manner in which bd55 handles personal data is governed by the bd55 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an account on bd55, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected], subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

bd55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bd55 will provide Players with notice of the changes via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the bd55 platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the bd55 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using bd55 and may request account closure by contacting support. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bd55's operations. In the event of a dispute between a Player and bd55 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via bd55's customer support channel.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of written notification by either party, bd55 will refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect rights or assets.
